Combining unbeatable performance with impressive aesthetics, the Fulcrum 2013 Racing Zero Clincher Wheelset - Bright Label rims are made from durable aluminium extrusions to eliminate excess materials, making them lightweight yet strong. With a 26mm front wheel profile for aerodynamic penetration and a 30mm rear wheel profile for effective transmission of power from foot to pedal, the wheels offer optimum stability, even when cycling at high speeds. Meanwhile, the hubs use Ceramic USB (Ultra Smooth Bearing) bearings, specially developed by Fulcrum they significantly increase the smoothness of the wheels, reduce servicing needs and further decreasing weight. - L.M.

• 16 radial aero spokes on front wheel, 21 on rear laced with aluminium nipples for strength and low weight
• Fulcrum Dynamic Balance keeps the Racing 0 wheels perfectly stable but is achieved in the rim milling process rather than spokes in the Racing 5
• Carbon fibre hub bodies with aluminium flanges are strong, light and stiff
