The Mavic Ellipse Wheelset benefits from Mavic’s latest improvements in rim design. Developed with the UCI World Cycling Centre, this performance driven wheelset has been improved with a light rim extrusion to increase responsiveness. – A.D.

- Pure power transfer – Optimised front and rear dishes for higher stiffness, light 30mm deep welded rim for better aerodynamics, high efficiency cartridge bearings (QRM+)
- Light and convenient – Under 1900 grams for instant acceleration, flip-flop rear hub, clincher only
- Weight - Pair without tyre: 1895g, front without tyre: 905g, rear without tyre: 990g
- QRM+ - Qualité de Roulements Mavic +. Our most demanding level. Those cartridge bearings are of course double sealed with C3 internal clearance, and a micro-adjustability system.
- Maxtal - Light and strong. Exclusive to Mavic, this specific aluminium alloy offers a higher strength to weight ratio than conventional 6106 alloy.
- SUP - Stronger and smoother joint (Soudé Usiné Process). After bending, the rim joint is arc welded. The welded seam is then milled for a smooth finish.
